ABOUT THE SAFETY DIVISION 

The mission of the Safety Division is to develop, maintain, and promote policies, procedures and programs necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and visitors of the City of Corona.  The Safety Division office is located on the third floor of City Hall within the Administrative Services Department. Our division is responsible for implementing and maintaining the following City Programs:

  • DMV Pull Program         
  • DOT Program
  • Respiratory Program
  • Hearing Conservation Program
  • Ergonomics
  • Hazmat Physicals
  • Vaccination Program
  • Fitness Center
  • Safety Shoe Program
  • Environmental Health & Safety Audits
  • Employee Safety and Training

The City of Corona-Safety Division must be notified immediately at (951) 279-3645 if any of the following occurs:

  • When an Injury or Illness Occurs at Work
  • A worker fatality
  • An inpatient hospitalization,
  • A loss of any body part (e.g., fingertip), or
  • A possible permanent disfigurement.

If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
