The City of Corona is proud to announce three new executive Leadership team members after completing a nationwide recruitment. Roger Bradley joins Corona as Assistant City Manager (ACM), Jessica Gonzales as Economic Development Director, and Angela Rivera as Chief Talent Officer.
Roger comes to Corona with over 19 years in government service. Roger began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps serving in Twenty-nine Palms, Camp Pendleton, Fort Knox Kentucky, and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University along with a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Roger has served as the Community Services Director for the City of Claremont in Los Angeles County, the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Dublin, and most recently as the Assistant County Administrator for the County of Kings in the Central Valley.
Jessica joins Corona with over 15 years of public sector experience in economic development, revitalization, and strategic planning. She serves on the board of the California Association of Local Economic Development and has a passion for economic growth and developing strategies that create meaningful and tangible results. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from California State Fullerton and a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University. Before joining Corona, she led the City of Anaheim’s Economic Development Team, where she spearheaded business attraction, development, and retention programs for more than 24,000 businesses and 350,000 residents.
Angela brings a breadth of Human Resources experience with over 17 years in the field. She is focused on building trust with individuals she encounters in the course of investigations, mitigating conflict, and building working relationships with stakeholders at every level. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and most recently served as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at California State University, San Bernardino.
“We are thrilled to welcome Roger, Jessica, and Angela to the City of Corona,” said City Manager Jacob Ellis. “They bring leadership and expertise in their respected fields, but more importantly, they’re passionate about improving our community and the quality of life for our residents.”

Full Closure of Northbound I-15, Lane Closures on 91 this Weekend
A full closure of northbound 15 is scheduled at Hidden Valley Pkwy. in Norco from Friday, July 10 at 11 p.m. to Saturday, July 11 at 6 a.m.
Lane closures on westbound 91 between McKinley St. and Lincoln Ave. are scheduled from Saturday, July 11 at 10 p.m. to Sunday, July 12 at 8 a.m. Two lanes and the 91 Express Lanes will remain open.
Lane closures on eastbound 91 between Serfas Club Dr. and Lincoln Ave. are scheduled from Saturday, July 11 at 11 p.m. to Sunday, July 12 at 9 a.m. At least one lane and the 91 Express Lanes will remain open. The eastbound 91 Lincoln Ave. on-ramp and the eastbound 91 Main St. on- and off-ramps will also be closed.
