On June 3, 2020, the Corona City Council approved the federally funded Emergency Housing Needs Assistance Program (EHNAP). The EHNAP was designed to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide financial assistance to low to moderate-income households with rent and utility payments. 🏘️
Corona renters that meet income qualifications and financial impacts as a result of COVID-19 may be eligible to receive a grant of up to $6,000.
Funds are limited; therefore, the first 100 applications will be accepted, date stamped and processed in the order received.
To apply, renters must complete the EHNAP application (link below) and submit a complete application to the Community Development Department, Housing Division. Income documentation, rental/lease agreement and proof of COVID-19 impact is required. Read the guidelines for a full list of requirements. Application and Guidelines will be mailed upon request.
