Introducing: A Monthly Photo Contest

Michelle Tveito was one of our winners of the Big Idea Project that was held in late 2024. She has crafted a wonderful way to share photos in a new monthly photo contest. Thank you Michelle for your Big Idea!
Submitting photos is fun and easy:
- Take photos with your phone of City work in action. Pics can be outside, inside, good weather, bad weather the more authentic to the work we do, the better!
- Upload your photo and complete the submission form using the link on the AtWork site by the last day of the month
- Vote for your favorite photo!

Photos are due each month by the last day of the month. Then, your photo will be put on display for your peers to vote on that month’s favorites. The winner’s photo will be selected by the 15th of the following month, and will then be featured on the AtWork website for the following month. That month’s winner will also get a gift card as a thank-you for participating. And for everyone participating, your photos may also be featured on our website, in our job announcements, or in other City materials in the future.
This contest is a wonderful way for all departments to feel connected as a team. It promotes a sense of place, establishes and strengthens connections among employees, and promotes a positive work environment.
